Our Head Office will be closed for the festive period from the afternoon of 24th December up till our return at on 06th January.
It isn't just about the products and equipment, its knowledge and skill passed on from others
It is not just about buying a glass polishing kit and removing the defect from the glass, or even using toothpaste or jewellers rouge to see if it will remove a scratch. Our glass polishing technicians, will learn from experienced technicians which products and sequence to use for the type of defect, along with the amount of pressure that needs to be applied. Our glass restoration technicians, know that each impact damage is unique, and use their knowledge to restore the profile of the glass with minimal scarring and visibility of the repair.
The majority of our technicians hold an NVQ Level 2 in Glass Processing, with in-situ glass restoration being the selected module. Our new employees will be working towards achieving this.
